Founder and Managing Partner

Isabella is a dynamic leader with nearly a decade of experience in business development, client success, and operations. She has excelled in building and leading high-performing commercial and operational teams, driving scalability, and managing client portfolios exceeding $25 million with a reputation as a trusted point of contact.
With extensive expertise collaborating with physicians, surgeons, and administrative leaders, Isabella excels in implementing innovative programs, driving impactful service interventions, and creating scalable solutions.
Born and raised in the Midwest, Isabella brings a grounded yet ambitious perspective to her work. Now based in Washington, D.C., she continues to deliver exceptional results and foster meaningful partnerships that contribute to long-term success.

Shani Reifschlager

Founder and Managing Partner

Shani is an experienced operations leader with two decades in the healthcare industry, beginning her career in Cardiac Rhythm Management device sales and clinical support. She has assisted in thousands of cardiac procedures and developed deep expertise in both in-clinic and remote device management.
In 2018, Shani transitioned to remote monitoring operations, playing a key role in scaling a service line from 8,000 to over 30,000 patients and launching an RPM program that grew to serve more than 2,000 patients. She earned her Master’s in Clinical Service Operations from Harvard Medical School, further strengthening her leadership in healthcare delivery and systems optimization.
A native Texan, Shani has called the DC metro area home since 2005. When not supporting her clients with their operations initiatives, she enjoys spending time with her partner and five children.

Robert Bisnoff

With extensive experience in finance and real estate, Robert Bisnoff brings strategic insight to LVC Partners. Before transitioning to the private sector, he was a Fellow with the Institute of International Economic Law in Washington, D.C. His expertise spans financial management, investment strategy, and regulatory compliance. Robert holds a JD from Georgetown Law and is an active member of the New York State Bar Association.

Carol J. Brooks

With over 40 years of entrepreneurial and business leadership experience, Carol Brooks brings invaluable insight to LVC Partners. In 1981, she and her husband co-founded a business in Olathe, Kansas, which grew into a thriving multi-million-dollar enterprise. After a successful career, she transitioned into an advisory role, providing strategic guidance to her own company and others. Her deep expertise in business growth, operations, and leadership makes her a trusted mentor and a vital asset to LVC Partners’ Board of Arbitrators.

Gail H. Finley

With over 30 years of accounting and corporate reporting experience, Gail Finley brings specialized expertise in the manufacturing sector to LVC Partners. A Certified Public Accountant, she has led financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational accounting initiatives for multi-entity organizations. Gail’s background in GAAP, SOX compliance, and integrated systems management supports LVC Partners' mission to drive revenue and operational efficiency for medical practices.
